Pneumatic and electric actuators

We mainly use pneumatic “Scotch-Yoke” or “Rack and Pinion” actuators in a wide variety of sizes, designs and versions. We also offer you special solutions for high operating temperatures, quick-closing or end position limitation, which we make available to you within the shortest possible time.

Electric actuators and control actuators are manufacturer-independent and available in all possible designs, sometimes even ex stock.

Pilot valves

For the control of pneumatic actuators we have a wide range of different pneumatic and solenoid valves in our program. ATEX or SIL approvals are possible as well as various control voltages.

Our team of experts will advise you comprehensively in order to find the best pilot valve for your application and to install it afterwards.

Limit switches

 In order to reliably detect the end position of your valve, we offer a wide selection of mechanical switches as well as inductive or capacitive sensors.

We install these either in a limit switch box on the actuator or directly on the valve shaft as an additional safety feature.

Of course, we will be happy to answer any questions you may have about limit switches.

Positioners

 We at Herberholz select a positioner that meets your requirements. Our team of experts with many years of experience can install a wide variety of positioners to suit your requirements.
