The engineering at Herberholz does not only include the design of the valve itself.

We want to go one step further and help you to select the type and dimension of the valve suitable for your application. We want to help you to make your decisions easier. You will also be supported in finding the best valve for your application.

In the case of corrosive applications or for high temperatures, we also support you in choosing the right materials for the medium.

By entrusting us with your engineering, we guarantee you a highly efficient and economical application of your plant. We also offer you individual consulting. On the basis of operating data provided by the customer, we calculate the correct valve size for shut-off and control applications.

If required, you can therefore rely on highly individualised solutions and do not have to be satisfied with just off-the-shelf solutions, which in the worst case are not suitable for your systems at all. We select the right components (e.g. actuators, solenoid valves, limit switch boxes, positioners, pneumatic accessories…) for you in order to implement your wishes correctly and on time. In addition, we also provide custom-made solutions for difficult applications, such as heavily soiled, wear-increasing media or high switching cycles.
